About me

I'm a fully qualified integrative psychotherapist and counsellor. I gained an Advanced Diploma and Masters degree in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling, following a five year professional UKCP accredited training at the Minster Centre. I have undertaken over 12 years of my own personal development which I consider to be a fundamental aspect of my work.

I work continuously to develop my work and understanding as a psychotherapist and am particularly interested in neuroscience and trauma. I have additionally trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for Trauma.

I am registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and as such am bound by its Code of Ethics and subject to its professional complaints procedure. I am also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

As well as my private practice, I work as a counsellor for the London Ambulance Service. I have also worked as a counsellor and clinical assessor at City and Hackney Mind, in adult education and as an honorary psychotherapist for Freedom from Torture and the Mapesbury Clinic for People in Exile. I am also a member of the London Psychotherapy Network.
